Lorsque cet anneau se fissure ou se fragilise, le noyau peut s\u2019extruder : c\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle une hernie discale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle peut appara\u00eetre au niveau cervical, dorsal ou, plus souvent, lombaire.
